Our firm provides counseling on corporate and M&A matters. We are organized to assist our clients from the setting up of companies, including the design of their corporate structure, legal advisory on day-to-day operational matters applicable to a company, as well as on corporate restructuring, bylaws’ amendments, shareholders’ agreements and other similar matters.

We also render services in M&A processes, from the legal due diligence to the control takeover and post-closure transactions. We also advise our clients in connection with the negotiation of share purchase and sale agreements, shareholders’ agreements, as well as other agreements related to the development of our clients’ businesses.
