  • Representing employers in individual or collective employment judicial actions, including unjustified termination trials, breach of fundamental rights actions, labor accidents and professional diseases.
  • Representing the employer in labor litigation claims concerning labor accidents and professional diseases. 
  • Assistance and representation of the employer in health or sanitary proceedings before the relevant administrative authority.
